From the Everglades is an abstract aerial landscape of the Noosa everglades and coastline. It portrays an evolving natural ecosystem, all parts woven together in astonishingly intricate ways. A vibrant ultra-marine blue, inspired by Brett Whiteley’s iconic paintings, is complemented by the colours of the Australian bush. Viewers may recognise the curve of Noosa Main Beach and the canals which lead into the everglades, an important ecosystem in this stunning part of the world.
